This role focuses on ERP architecture, platform security, integrations, application development, cloud transformation, and operational reliability. The ideal candidate will lead global technical teams and ensure ERP platforms remain secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business transformation objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the global ERP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap across SAP, Oracle, and related enterprise platforms. Manage and support SAP ECC, EWM, GRC, SNC, SRM, Solution Manager, SAP PO, SAP Portals, and Oracle applications. Establish enterprise architecture standards and design scalable, secure, and resilient ERP environments. Own ERP security, user-access governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), SOX compliance, and audit readiness. Lead SAP and Oracle development, customizations, enhancements, APIs, Fiori/UI5 applications, and technical delivery. Define integration strategies across SAP, Oracle, cloud platforms, EDI, middleware, APIs, and third-party applications. Oversee system performance, monitoring, upgrades, enhancement packs, OSS Notes, vulnerability remediation, and operating system and database migrations. Lead global ERP implementations, plant deployments, acquisitions, divestitures, system conversions, and rollout programs. Manage technology vendors, system integrators, and strategic partners to ensure successful delivery and measurable business value. Lead and mentor global teams of architects, developers, security specialists, database administrators, and platform engineers. Identify technology gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities while ensuring timely resolution and proactive risk mitigation. Drive continuous improvement, automation, cost optimization, platform modernization, and technical-debt reduction. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline, or at least eight years of equivalent related professional experience. At least 10 years of related professional experience in SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Oracle database administration. Strong experience designing and leading enterprise IT architecture. Expert knowledge of SAP Basis and Security across SAP ECC, EWM, Fiori, PO, GRC, Solution Manager, and SAP Portals. Hands-on experience with SAP HANA implementations, administration, configuration, migrations, and performance troubleshooting.
