Perform preventive maintenance, firmware updates, equipment testing, and routine system inspections. Coordinate with IT, networking, facilities, communications, and event-support personnel to ensure reliable service delivery. Assist end users, presenters, executives, and meeting organizers with the proper use of AV/VTC systems.
