Responsibilities: Lead ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza implementations including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, and application onboarding Design identity governance solutions including identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues, guiding onboarding activities, and driving successful implementation outcomes Collaborate with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to gather requirements and support delivery Develop technical documentation, governance standards, solution designs, operational procedures, and identity governance leading practices Help clients improve identity visibility, entitlement management, access governance, and overall identity security posture using ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, and related technologies Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience including two years with ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, or comparable identity security platforms Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, information systems from an accredited college/university preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus seven years of ServiceNow Veza, or related identity security experience Experience implementing identity governance solutions including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, role engineering, workflows, policies, and enterprise integrations Strong understanding of identity governance, entitlement management, access controls, segregation of duties, regulatory compliance requirements, and cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP Experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting identity governance and security transformation initiatives Knowledge of identity security analytics, entitlement visibility, access intelligence, and governance capabilities within ServiceNow, Veza, or similar platforms Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and deliver high-quality client solutions Ability to travel as required Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries ("KPMG") complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
