Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation). Ability to cultivate and manage relationships of varying levels in/out of the organization, including supplier. Ability to acclimate to new environments, negotiate through unknowns and meet new people. Ability to manage time effectively and productively. Solid quantitative/analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills. Computer skills, such as PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Word, CANalyzer etc. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Acute attention to detail. Strong collaboration skill(s). Working Conditions Commitment to work necessary work hours to achieve all responsibilities, including overtime and operating periodically at early and late day hours. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Kneeling, bending, sitting, standing, and maneuvering inside of vehicles is required. Travel is sometimes required - 5% (International travel may be requested). This is a hands-on position; associate is expected to work on the actual vehicle with tools. Candidate can expect to spend a portion of their time working in the lab - confirming their systems on bench, on the car, in thermal chambers, and on HILS system Office work is split between on-site (80%) and remote (20% Work from Home).
