Engineering teammates benefit from thoughtful design collaboration, constructive code review, clear documentation, and practical technical mentorship. AI is used thoughtfully as a force multiplier for engineering speed and quality without weakening security, maintainability, or accountability. Requirements Here is what I look for in a resume: Neat and clean (well-crafted, indicates attention to detail). Brief (two pages is ideal I will accept 3 pages for an excellent candidate). This indicates focus and an understand of what is important. A long resume with dozens of bullet points per job, indicates a candidate who is throwing everything at the wall hoping something will stick. The resume should tell me most of what I need to know with a quick scan, with clear headings. For AidenBot: Experience with Windows system internals and Windows PE The senior developers: Some understanding of SQL Excellent grasp of .NET / C# / design patterns Some front end framework experience is a bonus
