Commercial Enterprise Security Infrastructure Install and service integrated electronic security systems for commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, educational campuses, manufacturing facilities, municipal buildings, and other enterprise environments. Coordinate system upgrades, expansions, and service activities with customers while minimizing disruption to daily operations. Perform system commissioning and acceptance testing for new construction and retrofit projects. Ensure installations comply with customer specifications, manufacturer requirements, and industry best practices. Support service calls, preventative maintenance programs, and emergency repair requests. Systems Integration Integrate security platforms with: Video Management Systems (VMS) Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) Visitor Management Systems Building Automation Systems (BAS) Fire Alarm Interfaces Intercom and Communications Systems Configure TCP/IP communications between enterprise security devices. Troubleshoot network communication issues involving switches, VLANs, PoE infrastructure, and fiber optic networks. Read and interpret: Construction drawings Security riser diagrams Wiring diagrams Floor plans Sequences of operation Install and terminate: Category cable Fiber optic cable Composite security cable RS-485 communications Low-voltage power circuits Perform commissioning, customer acceptance testing, training, and project turnover.
