We move quickly, iterate often, and expect everyone to take ownership of their impact - because we're building the future of live events, and there's no script for what comes next. New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We believe feedback fuels growth, so we hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development. Above all, you'll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work. We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply. About the Role: Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is TodayTix Group's enterprise ticketing and e-commerce division - the technology and tools that help the world's leading cultural organizations, attractions, and live events power their box office and drive online sales. We work with some of the most exciting venues, producers, and event organizers on the planet, and we're building the platform that helps them thrive. We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our Powered by TodayTix team to expand our partner portal to support theatre, sports, attractions, exhibitions and more. You'll set the bar for design quality, translating complex, nuanced industry concepts into clear, elegant user flows - bringing systematic UX thinking, a refined eye for UI detail, and the confidence to drive decisions forward independently. This role sits at the heart of our B2B inventory and event management platform, shaping the experience for live event partners who rely on it to run their business. If you're passionate about making complex tools feel effortless and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Please note: This full-time position is based in New York. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. What Success Looks Like: Independent Execution: You drive complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, proactively managing stakeholder expectations and scope changes. Strong Design Collaboration: You articulate design decisions clearly, rationally and objectively, advocate for users, and bring cross-functional partners along with you. Growth Mindset: You approach challenges as opportunities to learn, and raise the bar for the people around you. Design System Stewardship: You leverage and evolve the Design System with taste and judgment, pressure testing the scalability of each component setting standards the broader team can follow. Craft Leadership: You consistently translate complex, nuanced product challenges into simple, intuitive user flows - without sacrificing depth or business logic. What You'll Do: Lead design across complex B2B product initiatives, from early discovery through delivery and QA. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and craft outstanding product experiences. Lead design reviews and brainstorming sessions, presenting regularly to design leadership and company executives. Proactively set expectations with stakeholders and communicate clearly when scope or direction shifts. Promote a culture of design excellence - mentor other designers, champion quality, and lead by example. Use AI tools fluently across your workflow (research, ideation, prototyping, and production) and help establish best practices for the team. This includes using AI-assisted coding to ship frontend components and maintain design system quality without always relying on a developer. Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and to a high standard. Regularly use the product to uncover usability issues, identify bugs, and suggest thoughtful improvements. We're Looking for Someone With: 6+ years of experience in Product Design, with experience in a lead or senior capacity. Strong UX fundamentals and a refined eye for UI - able to simplify complex concepts and work within a Design System with taste and judgment. B2B or dashboard/data-heavy design experience - comfortable designing for complex, information-dense products. Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with experience conducting generative and usability research. A strong portfolio of user-centered, beautifully executed UI - ideally including B2B or enterprise product work. AI fluency - you actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter, including a willingness to use AI-assisted coding to contribute directly to the design system and frontend. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive work forward without excessive oversight. Excellent communication skills - able to present and defend work to stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence. Experience working in a squad, collaborating with developers and QA engineers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually. We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Charlie Health New York, New York
Job Description Job Description Why Charlie Health? Millions of people across the country are navigating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders, but too often, they're met with barriers to care. From limited local options and long wait times to treatment that lacks personalization, behavioral healthcare can leave people feeling unseen and unsupported. Charlie Health exists to change that. Our mission is to connect the world to life-saving behavioral health treatment. We deliver personalized, virtual care rooted in connection-between clients and clinicians, care teams, loved ones, and the communities that support them. By focusing on people with complex needs, we're expanding access to meaningful care and driving better outcomes from the comfort of home. We build the patterns, services, and guardrails that other engineering teams depend on. As the Principal Platform Engineer on Core Platform, you will be the technical lead for the team building the platform underneath everything Charlie Health ships next: a federated GraphQL front door that fronts every client surface, the event substrate that carries every signal, the identity layer that authenticates every human and every AI agent, and the real-time world model state layer that gives our services and agents a live picture of care. You will be foundational in a replatforming effort, and the primitives you design become the platform's paved roads. This is a technical leadership role without direct reports. You own the team's technical direction, roadmap, and delivery. You will set direction for a team of Staff and Senior Platform Engineers, make the hardest design calls of the replatforming, and stay hands-on in the work. We build with AI as the default. Specs are the primary artifact, agents draft most of the implementation, and the quality gates this team owns are what make that safe in a HIPAA-regulated clinical business. Responsibilities Own the team's roadmap and intake. Balance incoming platform requests and near-term developer pain against long-term architectural investment, with support from the Director of Platform Engineering and the CTO Set the technical direction for the Core Platform team and break the north star architecture into projects the team ships quarter by quarter Run the team's delivery: planning, refinement, and the sprint cadence, with epics scoped to clear milestones and target dates Architect the federated GraphQL supergraph and govern its schema, including subgraph onboarding standards, contract enforcement, and caching and persisted query posture Build authentication and authorization for the platform, including agent identity: scoped, short-lived, audited credentials for non-human principals Design, build, and operate the centralized event substrate, including schema governance, dead-letter conventions, and the producer and consumer patterns that make async the default integration path between services Guide the technical execution of our strangler-fig migration through to cutover, working with product squads as they move onto the new platform Deliver the real-time world model state layer: the stream processing that turns events into state, and the live, low-latency state graph that services and agents query Facilitate the Architecture Advice Guild rituals and provide technical direction on architecture decision records for cross-team decisions and standards Raise the bar for spec writing and agent orchestration on the team, and review specs and agent output with the same rigor you would apply to a senior engineer's work Keep the platform services the team operates reliable: SLOs, monitor-gated deploys, incident leadership, and a seat in the on-call rotation Drive the technical evaluation for procurement and renewals of our critical platform vendors: evaluations, proofs of concept, usage and cost data, and build versus buy recommendations, partnering with the Director who owns the commercial side Mentor Staff and Senior engineers toward larger scope Requirements 10+ years of software engineering experience, including ownership of platform or distributed systems architecture at company scale. You have designed, operated, and evolved systems that other teams build on Hands-on experience with GraphQL federation at scale and with event streaming systems such as Kafka, covering design, schema governance, and production operation rather than just consumption Experience with skills, MCPs, harnesses, agentic tooling ecosystems, or agent orchestration for software development A track record of technical leadership without people authority. You have aligned multiple teams behind architectural outcomes and developed senior engineers Experience owning a team roadmap: intake, prioritization, and delivery planning alongside the architecture work You build with AI agents as part of your daily work. You write specs agents can implement, run agents for real delivery, and know where agent output needs human judgment Proficiency in the stack we run: TypeScript and/or Python services, Postgres, and AWS managed primitives Comfort operating production critical-path systems, including on-call, in a regulated environment Clear, direct communication with engineers, leadership, clinicians, and compliance This role requires 4 days per week in our NYC office. As a rapidly growing organization, we're reaching more communities every day and building a team that's redefining what behavioral health treatment can look like. If you're ready to use your skills to drive lasting change and help more people access the care they deserve, we'd love to meet you. About the Role Core Platform is a platform team. Our customers are Charlie Health's other engineering teams, and our job is to make them faster, safer, and more consistent. We don't ship product features. Nice to Haves Real-time stream processing (Flink, Spark, KsqlDB, or similar) and graph databases (Memgraph, Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, Dgraph, or similar) Healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7v2) and engineering in a HIPAA-regulated environment Time as a people manager for senior or staff level engineers A strangler-fig migration or large platform cutover you have led Prior work on a platform engineering team Fluency with domain-driven design or event storming Benefits Charlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees. MSP Technical Lead
MSP Hire, Inc. Juneau, Alaska
Job Description Job Description Hansen Gress is a fast-growing, Alaska-based Managed Services Provider with deep roots in Juneau and active expansion into Anchorage. We're 30 people today, scaling quickly, and investing in the people and systems needed to serve our clients with consistency and excellence. We run lean, trust our team, and believe in leadership that works alongside people-not above them. We're relationship-first, execution-focused, and allergic to bureaucracy. If you want to own your work, improve how things get done, and grow into something bigger, this is the right place. The Role The MSP Technical Lead (L3) is our highest individual-contributor technical role and one of the most important seats in the company. You will operate across our three core technical functions-Help Desk, Projects, and Centralized Services-but will typically be hired into one or two concentrated areas. In this role, you'll be the person we trust with our hardest problems, most complex client environments, and most critical escalations. You're the person who holds the line when things get hard and makes things better when they're not. This isn't just a "senior tech" role. You're expected to identify patterns across clients, build and improve processes, reduce key-person risk through documentation and training, and proactively raise the technical bar across the team. You bring structure and repeatability to everything you touch. Successful and consistent performance at this level will position you for future leadership and specialization opportunities, including roles like Onboarding Manager, Help Desk Manager, Centralized Services Manager, and others as the company grows. What You'll Do Technical Execution Take ownership of complex, high-priority escalations from L1 and L2 technicians across Help Desk, Project, and Centralized Services functions. Resolve advanced issues involving Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and enterprise security configurations. Configure, maintain, and support virtualization platforms including Hyper-V-VM builds, migrations, and ongoing maintenance. Administer and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and related Microsoft cloud technologies. Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPN connectivity, and LAN/WAN infrastructure across platforms including SonicWall and Ubiquiti. Utilize PowerShell and CMD scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and system administration tasks. Leverage AI tools actively and fluently to force-multiply your output-whether that's accelerating documentation, automating repetitive work, diagnosing complex issues faster, or building better client-facing materials. At L3, AI proficiency is a professional expectation, not a nice-to-have. Anticipate technical risks before they become client problems-evaluate business impact, flag issues proactively, and maintain clear records of outcomes and contributions. Process, Documentation & Knowledge Create and improve processes-not just follow them. At L3, you're expected to lead documentation standards and build repeatable systems that reduce key-man risk. Actively train and teach teammates. You're responsible for helping others grow, not just solving problems yourself. Build playbooks, standardize delivery, and identify opportunities for automation that improve consistency and scale across the team. Document client environments, recurring issues, and resolutions so that institutional knowledge lives in the system, not just in your head. Communication & Client Experience Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal staff-especially in high-pressure situations where confidence and clarity matter most. Set and manage client expectations accurately, keeping relevant stakeholders informed on timelines, risks, and progress. Communicate trends, risks, and service improvements upward to leadership with context and clarity. Understand your clients' businesses, not just their technology. L3 technicians are expected to know how a client operates, what matters to their leadership, and how a technical issue or recommendation translates into real business impact. Represent Hansen Gress professionally in every client interaction-this role carries real weight in how clients experience us. Ownership & Accountability Own your outcomes-not just your tasks. You're accountable for the quality, completeness, and follow-through on everything you touch. Prioritize effectively across competing demands. Help Desk volume, project timelines, and centralized service delivery all require judgment about what matters most. Proactively identify what's not working-across your own work, team processes, and client environments-and do something about it. Mentor junior technicians and invest in their development as a direct expression of your own leadership potential. Who You Are You have substantial IT support experience-typically 5-10+ years-with meaningful time in an MSP or IT services environment. We care more about the depth of what you've built and solved than the number of years on your resume. You've earned the L3 designation through demonstrated capability-not just tenure. You operate at this level consistently, not occasionally. You identify patterns across tickets and client environments and use them to prevent problems, not just react to them. You're a strong communicator in both directions-clear with clients, and clear with leadership. You don't let things fall through the cracks silently. You take documentation seriously. You understand that knowledge trapped in one person's head is a liability, and you build systems that outlast any individual. You mentor others naturally. Sharing what you know isn't a burden-it's part of how you define doing a good job. You're organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven-but you can also move fast when the situation calls for it. You're adaptable. In an MSP environment, no two days are the same, and you're energized rather than frustrated by that reality. You are a recognized subject matter expert across the full Hansen Gress technology stack-not a generalist who knows a little about everything, but someone the team and our clients can point to and say "ask them." You hold deep, current, hands-on expertise across the platforms and disciplines we deliver. You are technically reliable-the kind of person who doesn't speculate out loud, doesn't guess under pressure, and doesn't put wrong information into the world. At L3, the team and our clients defer to you. That trust is earned and protected by a consistent commitment to getting it right. Living in Alaska is either a passion of yours or a dream you want to fulfill. We are looking for someone who is "all in" on Alaska and fits our team and culture. Technical Qualifications Deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365/O365 administration-including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), licensing management, and tenant-level configuration and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience managing Hyper-V environments, including VM builds, migrations, and maintenance. Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking with experience configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, managed switches, and connectivity issues across platforms such as Ubiquiti and SonicWall. Advanced experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, including routing, VPN, access policies, and network segmentation. Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft 365 cloud technologies. Basic to intermediate scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and CMD. What You'll Need Ability to pass a basic background check for airport security badging Valid driver's license (or willingness to get one) and the ability to drive. Driver policies apply. Where You'll Work Must be based in Juneau or Anchorage, Alaska This role requires regular face-to-face collaboration in Juneau, Anchorage, and other Alaska communities. This is NOT a fully remote position What's In It For You Full-time role Salary: $100,000-$125,000 a year, depending on experience Health insurance (with vision coverage) Retirement plans Work in Juneau or Anchorage with relocation assistance Why You'll Want to Work with Us Employee satisfaction and growth are important to us! We are committed to helping employees dedicate part of their paid time to personal growth through courses and certifications relevant to their specific interests, research and development, and team-building opportunities. See what else our current employees have to say. Hansen Gress is committed to equal treatment and opportunities for all employees and job applicants. We are dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse company and have no tolerance for discrimination or harassment. We strive to provide meaningful opportunities for all, particularly those who have been traditionally marginalized in tech fields.

Senior Product Manager - Technical, External Services, AWS Billing
Amazon Web Services, Inc. New York, New York
We're rebuilding the AWS product catalog for an AI-native world, and this role owns both how it's defined and how it grows. You'll set the standards every AWS product follows and define the new features, packages, and add-ons that service teams bring to customers, building the machine-readable foundation that billing, cost management, and AI agents all depend on. The AWS Billing organization serves over 200 AWS services across 30+ regions, and every one needs a product definition that is structurally correct, consistently described, and rich enough for both humans and AI to reason about. This is the foundation for commercial decisions made by external customers and internal teams. As Senior Product Manager - Technical External Services, you'll own the AWS product model end to end: the schema, governance rules, and quality standards every product conforms to, and the new product structures service teams build on top of them. You'll define what attributes a product carries from creation, how to create standard models for different types of services (from compute and storage to AI inference and developer tools), how products relate to and compose with one another in packages and shared commercial experiences, and how the catalog enables AI agents to discover, compare, and act on products programmatically. You'll also extend the catalog with new product features, packages, and add-ons that service teams can adopt through configuration rather than custom engineering. Your work directly determines how AWS services launch and grow their products. In this role, you'll architect the data model that underlies AWS commerce, define the governance framework that enforces it across hundreds of service teams, and establish the lifecycle and relationship standards that let products evolve and work consistently across commercial channels. You'll conduct direct research with service teams and internal consumers of product data to understand where definitions break down, translating those insights into schema improvements and governance rules. You'll work at the intersection of data architecture, billing infrastructure, and AI-native product design, defining how AWS products present themselves to the next generation of consumers. You'll collaborate with engineering teams across AWS's billing, metering, and cost management organizations. This role requires deep technical fluency in data modeling, schema design, and systems thinking, combined with the product instinct to know which standards matter and which create bureaucracy. If you're excited about defining the foundational data layer that makes AWS's commerce systems work this role offers the chance to shape how every AWS product is defined, described, and used across AWS commerce. Key job responsibilities - Define product framework: schema, required attributes, quality rules, and lifecycle governance for every AWS product - Define standard product models and product-relationship patterns for different service categories - Extend the catalog with new product features, packages, and add-ons that service teams can adopt through configuration - Architect agent-readable product metadata standards for AI consumption across internal and external experiences - Drive adoption of product standards across new offerings and established catalog systems - Conduct direct research with service teams and product data consumers to identify where definitions break down and drive improvements - Partner with engineering teams across AWS's billing, metering, and cost management organizations BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience - Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs - Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations - Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies - 3+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modeling experience - Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale - Experience with billing, commerce, or catalog systems - Experience building or designing agentic products and interfaces Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
