Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and automation solutions. •Participate in Agile sprint activities and support user story implementation. •Assist with application configuration, customization, and testing. •Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. •Support defect identification, troubleshooting, and resolution activities. •Assist with platform upgrades and application deployments. •Create technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles. •Support data imports, integrations, and system configuration activities. •Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing support. •Assist with monitoring application performance and system health. •Support security compliance activities and remediation efforts. •Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions. •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process modernization efforts. Requirements: Required Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. •1-3 years of software development experience. •1+ year of ServiceNow development, administration, or platform support experience. •Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web application development. •Understanding of Agile software development methodologies. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Strong communication and teamwork skills. •Ability to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred ServiceNow Certifications •Certified System Administrator (CSA) •Certified Application Developer (CAD) •ServiceNow Micro-Certifications •ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (desired but not required) Preferred Experience •Experience with ServiceNow application development or administration. •Experience supporting SaaS platforms. •Experience with Agile development teams. •Experience with testing and quality assurance processes. •Experience supporting federal government programs. •Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines. •Exposure to financial management, reporting, grants, or business process automation systems.
