This is a hands-on production leadership role . You'll manage the department, but you should also understand the equipment and processes well enough to work with operators, troubleshoot production problems, improve workflows, and keep work moving. The plant produces a diverse mix of commercial print, including marketing materials, brochures, booklets, direct mail, personalized and variable-data work, short-run publications, and other high-quality digital products .
