Compile and complete the daily PERTI plan review and distribute it to appropriate stakeholders and managers. Provide training and briefings to new NTMOs on PERTI responsibilities, tools, processes, and planning fundamentals. Provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to NTMOs training on operational planner and PERTI responsibilities. Support the development and continuous improvement of operational and planning tools, processes, and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Experience 3+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience in an Analyst/Strategist or related role. Experience supporting complex, time-sensitive aviation or operational environments is preferred. Education Bachelor's degree required.
