Key Responsibilities: Install cabling in a structured environment within the data center Perform patching on pre-configured racks Use computer-based tools, including Boost, for daily operations and task tracking Assist with troubleshooting network and connectivity issues Support installation and general maintenance projects (splicing skills are a bonus, but not required) Work Environment: Construction-like data center setting Exposure to hot and dusty conditions Adherence to strict security protocols at all times Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures Basic computer literacy Comfort working independently or as part of a small team Ability to adapt to a physically demanding environment Commitment to following all safety regulation Required Qualifications: Previous data center experience or rack and stack experience is required. Hands-on experience with copper and fiber cabling is required. Experience installing, routing, terminating, and troubleshooting copper and fiber cables in a structured cabling environment. Familiarity with rack installation, cable management, and patching in a data center environment. Ability to follow data center safety protocols and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
