The QA Analyst will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and the quality assurance manager to validate system functionality, safeguard data integrity, track issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the applications following a Scaled Agile Framework. The ideal candidate will have experience testing Salesforce applications, conducting manual testing including drafting test cases, conducting test case reviews, executing test cases, documenting results and supporting other test activities to ensure high-quality testing and user experience.
