Systems Maintenance & Asset Management: o Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as required. o Maintain precise and up-to-date asset inventory records. Procurement & Security Compliance: o Evaluate and recommend IT equipment purchases to meet operational requirements. o Maintain required administrative and technical security controls across software and integrated systems. User Guidance & Issue Escalation: o Advise end-users on technology solutions to support operational needs. o Communicate requirements to centralized IT operations and service desks for additional guidance. o Promptly escalate critical system outages and urgent security issues to central IT and security operations teams. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior experience supporting office relocations, including server room moves and telephone system setups. Prior experience initiating or supporting Electronic Health Records (EHR) system implementations.
