Description Reporting directly into the Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including verification and validation frameworks Design and write detailed test procedures for a range of engineering applications Perform and oversee complex testing in laboratory and specialized environments, including vacuum and environmental conditions Operate test equipment and systems, capturing and analyzing performance data Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis during testing phases Build, maintain, and calibrate test setups and equipment Produce thorough documentation, including test reports, procedures, and quality records Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure testing aligns with product development timelines and requirements Profile 7+ years of experience in test engineering or similar role, ideally within aerospace or defense Strong background in hardware testing, including environmental and qualification testing Spacecraft experience Experience with environmental testing EMI/EMC Lab instrumentation experience - digital multimeters, measuring voltage and resistance Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and measurement tools Familiarity with developing test procedures and maintaining technical documentation Experience working with sensitive electronic hardware and regulated testing environments Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Job Offer Competitive compensation of $135,000-$190,000 and comprehensive benefits package Generous holiday allowance, including flexible vacation policies Strong healthcare and dental coverage with significant employer contribution Company retirement plan with immediate vesting Life and disability insurance Opportunity to work on pioneering space technologies in a hands-on engineering role Collaborative team culture with exposure to advanced equipment and challenging technical problems Immediate opportunity to contribute to impactful, mission-critical projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
