Facilitate workshops to document current-state processes and define future-state standards. Partner with business stakeholders to improve data quality and streamline master data maintenance processes. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and governance requirements. Serve as the subject matter expert for Material Planning & Logistics master data within SAP and Oracle ERP environments. Understand interdependencies between planning, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics master data. Collaborate with ERP functional and technical teams to support standardization and harmonization efforts. Support ERP transformation, integration, and migration initiatives by ensuring master data readiness. Define data stewardship roles and responsibilities. Develop training materials, process documentation, and governance procedures. Support implementation of governance workflows and approval controls. Promote a culture of data ownership and accountability across business functions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to sustain long-term master data quality.
