Experience in participating in formal change management processes and scheduled maintenance windows. Experience in documenting network configurations, topology diagrams, and operational procedures. Experience in managing Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) servers and end equipment. Experience in assisting with the execution of disaster recovery and high-availability solutions. Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. Experience in participating in a scheduled on-call rotation as required. REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE An associate's degree in engineering or other technical discipline, or formal academic/vocational/military training and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the specialty field are required for this position. JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS A Cybersecurity Analyst II performs a variety of cybersecurity tasks in monitoring information systems and securing the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure operational environment to include developing and updating system security plans (SSPs), developing plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms), managing and controlling changes to the systems, conducting audits, providing incident response, vulnerability assessments, and assessing the security impact of security and non-security-relevant changes. Work is at an intermediate level and involves managing deadlines and cybersecurity engineering support for members of development, sustainment, or operations and maintenance team.
