Responsibilities: Define and own ATM channel target architecture, strategy, and multiyear roadmaps. Lead modernization of ATM ecosystems across hybrid environments while maintaining stability and compliance. Advise senior leaders on standards, vendor strategy, and investments to improve availability and scalability. Design platform architectures leveraging containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code. Ensure resilience, security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the ATM fleet. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solution designs and reference architectures. Mentor engineers and promote best practices for hybrid deployments and real-time systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years in technology architecture and solution design, including 3+ years of hands-on software engineering. Proven ability to operate at SVP/executive level and influence technology strategy and standards across large organizations. Strong communication skills with technical and executive audiences. Background in platform architecture, solution design, and hybrid on-prem and cloud deployments. Proficiency with containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code. Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities. Preferred Skills: Experience in regulated industries such as financial services. Prior ATM and/or Payments experience, including ATM software platforms (e.g., EuroNet, NCR, Diebold Nixdorf or equivalent), transaction processing, switching, and ISO 8583 messaging.
