Salary Range: $73,160 - $95,500 Provide software engineering/programming services to the T-45 JSSA Integrated Product Team (IPT) program at NAWCWD China Lake. Essential Job Functions: Support the T-45 platform for software sustainment activities for block product lines. Support multiple operational flight programs (OFP) in software development efforts. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience is required. A Master's degree with 1 year of experience will also be considered. Candidate must have or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Required to have knowledge and understanding of software life-cycle models. Provide systems engineering/analyst services to the T-45 Goshawk and/or F-35B SLRP programs for JSSA (Joint Systems Support Activity) integration and associated software development. Essential Job Functions: Support JSSA aircraft integration activities. Conduct requirements development, contribute to design reviews, develop and execute system evaluation test procedures for laboratory and flight integration events, characterize and document anomaly reports, troubleshoot and verify system and sub-system anomalies, perform system data analysis using MUX 1553 raw data and video data, log and document integration activities throughout the aircraft life cycle block upgrades. Support systems integration lab, ground and flight tests; monitor, review and comment on navigation integration test planning documentation and test events. Support airborne systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to support integration efforts, respond to inquiries from the fleet operators, and support fleet introductions of new and modified systems.
