Job Description We are seeking a Software Engineer III to join our dynamic team supporting the Opex - Medallia project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MicroStrategy, Oracle, PL/SQL, and data modeling and a proven ability to design, develop, test, and migrate complex BI reports and dashboards, including conversions from OBIEE to MicroStrategy. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and migrate complex BI reports and dashboards in MicroStrategy. Convert existing OBIEE reports to MicroStrategy with attention to data accuracy and performance. Perform end-to-end analysis including requirements gathering, data modeling, and technical design for HR and operational reporting. Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts against Oracle data warehouse and big data environments for analysis, discovery, and testing. Develop visually clear, consumable dashboards and analytics for business stakeholders. Ensure scalable reporting architecture as new warehouse functionality is introduced. Collaborate with architects to translate business objectives and technical requirements into engineering solutions following sound practices. Work with large-scale data transformations involving millions of rows with performance considerations. Required Skills & Qualifications: MicroStrategy Certified Developer (v9/10) with hands-on dashboard and report development experience. Strong Oracle and PL/SQL proficiency, including performance tuning and complex query development. Data modeling expertise for BI and data warehouse solutions. Experience with large-scale data warehousing and report migration from OBIEE to MicroStrategy. Preferred Skills: Background in HR and operational reporting domains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C#/.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and web application development and a proven ability to design, build, and support regulatory reporting applications within a controlled environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain regulatory reporting applications for Enterprise Stress Testing Technology. Collaborate with business partners to define and refine application requirements. Write clean, maintainable code and deliver comprehensive documentation. Troubleshoot, debug, and support production systems in a change-controlled environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on C# .NET development on new projects or major feature enhancements. 3+ years of recent experience with ASP.NET for web applications. Experience building web applications using HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio. Proficiency with SQL Server 2014 or later, including database design and development. Preferred Skills: Experience with Tableau or MicroStrategy for reporting and analytics. Familiarity with RESTful web services and JSON. Experience in SCRUM Agile environments.
