Job Description We are seeking an experienced UI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building modern UI stacks with React, ES6+, websockets, and desktop container frameworks, and a proven ability to deliver compliant, high-quality software releases within set timelines. Responsibilities: Plan, design, develop, test, and execute software releases with clear communication to stakeholders. Collaborate with peers and business partners to understand the book of work and support development efforts. Create and maintain effective unit test coverage for developed code. Ensure releases meet enterprise and regulatory compliance requirements while maintaining product quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience across the SDLC and STLC and their interrelationships. Full stack development experience. Hands-on UI development with React.js, ES6+, websockets, OpenFin/Electron, and Tailwind CSS. Experience in an object-oriented programming language. Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. Motivated, organized self-starter. Exposure to Global Markets and financial asset classes. Preferred Skills: Full stack development using Python or Java with modern UI technologies. CI/CD tooling with AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and CodeBuild. Experience improving code quality, capability, and efficiency. Partnership with Business and Technology teams to define target-state processes and improve data quality for Front Office and enterprise consumers. Ability to drive end-to-end initiatives and work closely with a technology manager. Engagement Details: Start: ASAP. Expected start 2-4 weeks after offer to meet business needs.
