Lead Software Engineer, Oracle EPM Principal Duties and Responsibilities The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, development, and support of Oracle EPM module technology solutions within Lennar Corporation. Skills & AbilitiesStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex protection and control system issues.Ability to read, interpret, and validate one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, elementary drawings, schematics, and protection logic.Proficiency with relay testing equipment, electrical test instruments, and technical documentation.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing activities simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Ability to develop standardized testing procedures, technical documentation, and training materials that promote consistency and quality across the organization.Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and translate technical expertise into structured, repeatable training and development programs.
