Essential Job Functions: The Workflow Application for Recording Production and Targeting History (WARPATH) Systems Engineer Technician (SET) for training is a vital role responsible for ensuring all users are proficient in leveraging WARPATH to its full potential. This position combines technical expertise with instructional design and delivery to support warfighter mission effectiveness. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, from initial onboarding to advanced and sustainment training, for the modernized, federated targeting workflow management system. Curriculum Development & Standardization: Design, develop, and maintain a standardized training curriculum for WARPATH, covering everything from basic navigation to advanced feature utilization. Create a variety of training materials, including instructor-led course content, products supporting on-demand e-learning modules, quick reference guides, job aids, and scenario-based exercises.
