Required Experience 5 + years of experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including: o Power Apps o Power Automate o on-Prem and Cloud RDBMS, Data verse o Power BI 5 + years of demonstrated strong understanding of: o Application lifecycle management (ALM) o Environment strategy with Deployment and Troubleshooting (Dev/Test/Prod) o Security and role-based access control o SQL Queries 5 + years of experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs. o Ability to work independently and across multiple projects in a shared-services environment Preferred Experience Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms Experience in government, public sector, or regulated environments Experience with MS SQL Server Familiarity with: o Dynamics 365 o Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, etc.) o DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform
