Seville Services LLC seeks an Assisted Living/Memory Care Associate to support our cloud-based analytics and CRM solutions for senior care clients. You'll configure and maintain assisted living and memory care software modules, troubleshoot technical issues, and train users to optimize workflows. Partnering with product, data, and engineering teams, you'll translate client needs into system improvements, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and contribute to testing and deployment.
