Delaware Valley Paving Co. Inc, a leading full-service commercial paving contractor based in Conshohocken, PA, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, you will cultivate new commercial, industrial, and institutional clients while expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, conduct site visits, prepare estimates and proposals, and negotiate contracts for asphalt paving, concrete services, milling, maintenance, and parking lot management projects. Working closely with our operations and estimating teams, you will ensure projects are accurately scoped, competitively priced, and set up for on-time, on-budget delivery.
