Skills with SMB/SME network management, such as scripting/PowerShell, group policy and Intune configuration, documentation, automated monitoring tools, and trouble ticket systems. Previous MSP/consulting experience beneficial. Familiarity using/supporting these products/technologies: Windows 10/11 Pro, Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Microsoft Intune, Enterprise Wifi, IP Telephony, Dell Latitude laptops, Microsoft Surface devices, iPads (used for specific line-of-business apps, not general use). CCNA/CCNP and current Microsoft role-based certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or Azure Administrator Associate) not required but beneficial; relevant experience may suffice. Must have reliable transportation, specifically able to get to jobsites and transport equipment. Additional specific products that would be beneficial to have experience with: Meraki firewall/VPN, VMware ESXi, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Autodesk. The base salary range for this position is $37-$48 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
