In this role, you will become an integral member of a diverse team of elite cyber professionals supporting critical national security missions. You will work on challenging technical problems, develop innovative offensive cyber capabilities, and collaborate with leadership and customers to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Designing and developing new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities to support mission objectives Managing design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging application software and systems Applying expert knowledge of security concepts, computer networks, and system architectures to solve complex technical challenges Communicating project status, technical risks, and solutions effectively with leadership and customers Ensuring established software development standards, best practices, and security guidelines are consistently met Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of technical experience or Master's Degree and 7+ years of technical experience, or a PhD with 5+ years of technical experience Experience with Windows or Linux kernel/user-mode development Experience with Windows APIs and network protocols Experience programming and scripting with C, C++, and Python Experience debugging using WinDbg and GDB Ability to pass customer-specific Senior-level exams for developer qualification Preferred Qualifications: Experience with OCO and/or CNO development Experience with Reverse Engineering using IDA or Ghidra disassemblers Experience with CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, Ansible or similar tools Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance is required Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
