Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards; maintain documentation and readiness for audits and inspections. Assist with budgeting, capital planning, and cost control for building operations and maintenance activities. Provide timely response to tenant service requests and emergencies, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
