This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security and BDS business organization. We are looking for software engineers to act as a product owner and lead software teams. This includes mentoring other engineers, working to define a team roadmap and leading software team execution. The teams implement various features of safety critical and/or mission critical flight software. This role will be primarily focused on leading a team from planning and breaking down work to executing and testing the work.
