Support additional outsourcing, procurement, and contractor-management initiatives as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of professional office experience required; experience in procurement, purchasing, accounting, staffing, vendor management, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and competing requests in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with hiring managers, business leaders, vendors, and candidates. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling contracts, invoices, candidate information, and other business records. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with external vendors.
