Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation, server, and network issues • Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, switches, and VPN connections • Deploy and support Microsoft 365 environments and cloud services • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity solutions • Monitor and manage client systems using RMM and alerting platforms • Perform system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements • Document systems, procedures, and technical resolutions • Provide technical guidance to junior technicians when needed • Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication Required Skills & Experience • 3-5+ years experience in IT support or managed services • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and business networks • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration • Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls) • Experience troubleshooting servers, workstations, and network infrastructure • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently Preferred Experience • Experience working in an MSP environment • Familiarity with RMM platforms and endpoint security tools • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions • Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.) Preferred Certifications • CompTIA Network+ • CompTIA Security+ • Microsoft certifications • Other relevant technical certifications Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience, skills, and certifications.
