Job Description Job Description Summary of Position: The Customer Documentation Specialist is responsible for supporting the Research & Development Commercialization team in the continued growth of products and therefore the profitability of MBC Companies. This role will maintain all finished good data in our customer databases and/or software platforms. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to provides accurate and timely responses to customer data and compliance requests. Completion of customer data requests in the appropriate data platforms is pertinent to finalize the commercialization of new, reformulated, or existing finished goods. Essential Functions: Establishexpertisein the various software systems MBC Companiesleveragesforproductdata management Establishexpertisein thevarious customerdatabaseprogramsfor each channel; Retail, Food ServiceandK-12 Setsup& maintainscustomerproduct datain their respective databases. Product dataexamplesinclude butare notlimitedto nutrition information, case size,pallet configuration,cost, product weight, allergens, grain calculation, Smart Snack calculations, product formulation statements,andpackaging sustainability or recyclability status. Partner withSales,R&D,Food SafetyQualityand Operationstocompletead hoccustomerdocumentationrequests Activelyparticipateinthe MBC Companies commercialization processto ensureon-time delivery of customer needs Actsas a liaison betweencustomer requestsand MBC Companies to alignand coordinatetheappropriate responses Ensurestimelyandaccuratedata to customers toeliminatereworkand email churn Maintains an internal database of FAQ responses tocustomer requests fortimelyand consistent responses Supportscoordination of the graphics review process and interacts with customers' printer platformson behalf of MBC Competencies: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. High levelof organization. Strong attention to detail. Ability to handle and record proprietary detailed information. Willingness to learn and be flexible. High levelof collaboration High levelof accountability and ownership Miscellaneous Tasks AssistsR&Das necessary toexecuteproduct and brand growth. Support theR&Dteam with any education and trainingopportunitiesasneeded. Crosstrain to support theR&Dteam in the absence of a team member as needed. Education and Experience: High School Diploma,Associatedegree preferred. Must have excellent computer skills withproficiencyin MS Word, Excel, Outlook, creating and editing PDFs.
