This role will focus on configuring and implementing a modern Integrated Workplace Management System on the ServiceNow platform, executing a major data migration effort, and developing automated business metrics and reporting to support data driven decision making. As a key member of the ESD team, you will: • Support the technical transition of NNL's Integrated Workplace Management System to PrimeNet using ServiceNow, including configuration, customization, integration, and testing. • Plan and execute complex data migration activities (profiling, mapping, validation) to ensure accuracy and integrity of asset, work management, and related operational data. • Design, develop, and maintain applications and tools that support planning and management of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance. • Build and automate metrics, dashboards, and reports that provide meaningful insight into facility and maintenance performance at all organizational levels. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure systems and metrics align with enterprise level operational needs. • Help identify, evaluate, and implement additional IT systems and integrations that enhance site wide engineering, maintenance and operations capabilities. • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to other developers and project team members, promoting sound development practices and high quality delivery.
