Requirements: • 0-2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role. • Foundational knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Administration and Windows operating systems. • Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and user management. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency. • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset. • Ability to follow procedures and escalate when appropriate. • Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the role. • Certifications such as MS-900: Microsoft 365 fundamentals are a plus.
