Job DescriptionJob Description DCS Corporation is seeking a Lifecycle Logistics Management Analyst to provide DoD acquisition program logistics expertise to support an Army product management office at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Essential Job Functions: Integrates and plans for the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) for assigned Army acquisition programs. Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders on logistics planning requirements. Establishes and assists in the planning, developing, coordinating, defending, and executing all aspects of the PEO/PM's lifecycle logistics support under the processes of DoD acquisition and sustainment. Determines product lifecycle logistics requirements. Develops and/or reviews product acquisition logistics documentation (sustainment strategies, lifecycle logistic support plans, logistics support analyses) and related acquisition logistics documents in support of the PMs products. Coordinates requirements and documents with functional leads and stakeholders. Assists in logistics automation using enterprise planning tools (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, and etc.) for acquisition and sustainment operations. Collaborates with stakeholders to conduct focused strategic planning and analysis for all lifecycle management functions. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must have a Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent of DAWIA Certification Level III for Lifecycle Logistics. Thorough understanding of acquisition program lifecycle logistics and sustainment regulations and policies including DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, AR 700-127, and AR 700-142. Overview Material Manager Logistician (F-25084): Bowhead seeks a Logistician to join our team in Crane, IN. The Logisticians are responsible for managing a product's life cycle from design to disposal and must be able to develop, adjust and carry out logistical plans related to various products. Logisticians are required to properly allocate materials, supplies and products to ensure the success of the contract and must have excellent communication and problem solving skills. The Logisticians must also keep accurate and complete record and be able to work in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities Essential functions will include: Point of contact for shipping/receiving parts Effectively and efficiently plan for and ensure GFE and GFM is delivered to and received from contractor locations as required. Tracking of repairs will be done in SWMS. Tracking data (NIIN, P/N, S/N, Failure Data, etc.) of parts Point of contact for requisition process and OM&S. Schedule and monitor workload closely by developing metrics and tools to assess process health. Monitor FY workload inductions and turn-ins and process 1149's. Support the preparation of presentation materials and recommend improvements to program reports, briefings, and strategic plans. Interface with the Task Manager to track program asset status and workload planning, including monitoring inventory stocks, as well as satellite locations.
