Position Responsibilities: Integration/development of Apps/Containers/Skills across multiple F/A-18 and EA-18 contracts that are developing advanced capabilities for the warfighters. Works with external customers and internal stakeholders to plan and execute complex hardware-software integration efforts in a fast-paced agile environment. Identifies, collects, analyzes, and organizes technical execution/resource data (metrics) to manage the program. Responsible for technical communication across teams and across levels of technical leadership. Analyzes customer requests with consideration for contractual and technical impacts, and works with Integration to translate them into program and system requirements. Coordinates with suppliers to ensure compliance with requirements. Provides support and solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Must be proactive in understanding the product systems and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance with first time quality. Technical leadership and guiding on-the-job training for junior engineers. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
