This Chief Engineer (CE) role leads a a program within the Space-Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (S-ISR)/Integrated Intelligence & Warfighter Support (I2WS) portfolio that provides high-impact software services to the Intelligence Community (IC) mission. The CE is responsible for all aspects of the technical baseline to include architecture, design, SW development, test and delivery using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology. Lead outstanding program execution, metrics collection, analysis and reporting. People Ensure base program and task order deliveries are staffed with appropriate engineering skillsets. Review and communicate staffing demand for the base program, task order deliveries, and in anticipation program modifications. Develop and maintain a Chief Engineer succession plan, actively mentor potential successors.
