Minimum Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor's degree. Experience Required: 3 years of experience directly supporting Epic applications, including configuration, builds, or template management. Experience in operational analysis, application support, and training or advising end users. Preferred: 5 years of Epic application support experience, including moderately complex builds. Direct work experience in the operational domain supported (e.g., revenue cycle, ambulatory, inpatient, scheduling, billing). Experience working as a super user of an EHR system (Epic preferred).
