Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms, models, and architectures.
- Translate research outcomes into production-ready prototypes and solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align research with business goals.
- Publish research findings in internal reports, whitepapers, or peer-reviewed venues where applicable.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
