They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead experimentation across product, pharmacy, and design teams. This role involves designing and running A/B tests, building frameworks for causal inference, and ensuring statistical rigor in decision making. You'll collaborate closely with clinicians, engineers, and designers to drive evidence based improvements in patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own design and execution of experiments (A/B tests, quasi experiments)
• Build tools to standardize experimentation and reporting
• Provide nuanced insights beyond simple metrics
• Mentor teammates and set best practices

Ideal Background

• 4+ years of applied experimentation experience
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Expertise in causal inference methods
• Ability to communicate complex results clearly

Compensation: $150K-$220K base salary + equity and benefits
Location: Onsite, San Francisco
