We are hiring for a Senior Healthcare Analyst to support a high-impact healthcare data team focused on reporting, data management, automation, and migration into a new enterprise platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst who brings strong technical skills, understands healthcare quality data, and is excited to work with a newer system that is expanding across the organization.
This role is best suited for someone who can hit the ground running, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has strong experience in SQL and Python, along with a solid foundation in SAS.
Location
- Fully remote
- If local to the South Lyon / Detroit area, there may be an opportunity to go onsite once every two weeks at the South Lyon office
Contract Details
- Start Date: 4/13
- End Date: Mid-to-late October

Position Overview
The Senior Healthcare Analyst will support critical work tied to healthcare data management, quality measure reporting, end-user support, and data migration efforts. This team is actively working within a new data migration system called Foundry, which supports member data workflows and end-user functionality. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with an emerging platform while contributing to meaningful healthcare initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience within Medicare Advantage, managed care, or payer environments, with a strong understanding of quality measures data and the ability to navigate both technical and operational needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Pull reports and queries from Databricks
- Build and maintain reporting workflows using SQL, Python, and SAS
- Set up and support automation processes
- Assist with data migration into Foundry
- Perform data cleanup, validation, and quality checks
- Support end users by troubleshooting issues and helping ensure smooth workflows
- Work with member and vendor data to support broader healthcare operations
- Contribute to platform adoption and help the team maximize new system capabilities

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of strong foundational experience in healthcare analytics or data management
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python
- Working knowledge of SAS
- Experience in a payer, managed care, or Medicare Advantage environment
- Experience working with quality measures data
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Databricks
- Familiarity with quality measures such as:
- Medication Adherence
- SUPD
- COB
- Poly measures
- Experience supporting or participating in the implementation of a new software or data platform
- Experience working closely with operational users or end users during system transitions
