The DCS Tech will configure, add, move, change, and troubleshoot voice over IP equipment in an enterprise call control and session management platform. The DCS Tech will determine the tip-ring and low voltage wiring color code for voice functionality. They will assist in the technical evaluation of equipment in coordination with engineering and operating personnel. Responsibilities: The DCS Tech will possess knowledge of the protocols, procedures, techniques, and equipment used to install, configure, test, maintain, and repair telephone and Internet based digital communications systems, private branch exchange (PBX) and key switching systems, Cloud Services, and related equipment; or, network telecommunications circuits, and data communications equipment such as modems.
