Cutting edge platforms: Work hands on with Nokia, Calix, Adtran, and Ubiquiti ecosystems Impactful leadership: Influence architectural roadmaps and mentor the next generation of engineers Work life balance: Collaborative environment with respect for your time and expertise Growth potential: Opportunities to expand into SDN/NFV, optical transport, and advanced automation Supportive culture: A team that values problem solving, documentation, and continuous improvement Job Details Role: Senior Network Engineer Responsibilities: Lead design and evolution of GPON/XGS PON and Active Ethernet networks Architect OSS/BSS integrations for provisioning, monitoring, and billing Drive automation initiatives using Python, Bash, Ansible, Netconf/YANG, REST APIs Oversee proactive monitoring, capacity management, and performance optimization Mentor engineers and serve as final escalation point for complex issues Collaborate with product and operations teams to align technical solutions with business goals Qualifications: 7-10+ years in ISP or telecom environments with FTTH focus Expertise in PON technologies, IP/MPLS, BGP, EVPN VXLAN, QoS, multicast, IPv6 Strong background in OSS/BSS integrations and automation frameworks Proficiency with Linux and scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible) Proven leadership and project management experience Preferred Skills: SDN/NFV architectures Optical transport (DWDM, CWDM) Cybersecurity practices (DPI, DDoS mitigation) Vendor/industry certifications (Nokia, Calix, Adtran, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Juniper) Interested in hearing more?
