Software Development exprience: Background in programming (e.g., Java, .NET, Python) and SDLC. ERP/CRM Systems experience: Experience with platforms like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics. DevOps & CI/CD Experience: Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
