Use web analytics tools (such as GA4) to evaluate site performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics. Provide data-driven recommendations to the Marketing and Digital team to enhance design effectiveness, conversion rates, and accessibility. Collaborate cross-functionally to test and implement improvements, ensuring alignment with UX best practices and brand standards. Stay up to date with new web technologies, analytics tools, and design trends to continuously improve digital experiences. Minimum Education and Experience: Candidates must hold, at minimum, a terminal Master's degree (MGD/MDes/MFA) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Experience Design, or other design-related area or equivalent professional experience. Experience working in the design industry and/or teaching design at the college level. Other Required Qualifications: Proficiency in current design software including Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Figma, and AI-powered tools. Demonstrated expertise of typographic principles across graphic design and UX, emphasizing its impact on branding, readability, and user interface design. Knowledge of user research methods, design methods, and/or data-driven UX. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing for complex, multi-platform design systems across branding, product, and environment. Experience working in emerging technologies such as augmented and virtual reality, and artificial intelligence. Experience designing data visualizations that translate complex information into meaningful visual narratives.
