Work with Salesforce admins, data and analytics and RAPID team to facilitate changes in the Salesforce platform to assist with marketing strategies. Implement solutions to ensure and monitor data quality within Salesforce. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of progressive business experience or, in lieu of, 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, project manager or product owner 3+ years proven experience developing and executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud cross-channel campaigns tailored with audience segmentation. Proficiency with Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Builder for audience segmentation and targeting. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment, including product, design, and content stakeholders. Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer journeys, and KPIs. Expertise in analyzing audience data and behavior to create personalized messaging strategies that enhance engagement. Demonstrated skills in conducting A/B testing and optimizing email, SMS, and journey builder campaigns for improved performance. Experience designing and implementing marketing automation workflows aligned with business goals, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technical teams. Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies that boost brand presence Strong documentation and training skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products. Excellent Presentation, Written and Oral Communication Skills.
