Help establish consistent evaluation workflows and continuous improvement across lab operations. What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months) You independently run validation for one or more devices or major blocks, delivering high-quality characterization data and clear conclusions. You reduce cycle time or improve coverage through automation improvements adopted by the wider team. You identify and drive closure on key technical risks early (silicon issues, measurement gaps, or platform limitations). Stakeholders rely on your reports and recommendations to make confident product decisions. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (power electronics or analog specialization preferred). Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor design evaluation / validation / characterization (or closely related lab-centric roles).
