Ability to contribute to to Stage-Gate deliverables and managing engineering tasks on schedule. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers and translate their requirements into actionable engineering specifications. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
