Lead automation initiatives such as CI/CD pipeline optimization, configuration management, and infrastructure automation. Implement advanced automation using scripting, orchestration tools, and cloud-native services. Troubleshoot complex automation issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance throughout automation project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement processes, system modernization, and emerging automation technology adoption. Prepare architecture documentation, technical designs, and solution roadmaps for stakeholders and leadership. Required Qualifications 12+ years of hands-on experience in automation engineering, architecture, or related technical roles. Strong expertise with automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar. Solid experience in cloud automation across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Bash, or PowerShell. Deep understanding of DevOps methodologies, Infrastructure as Code, and configuration management. Experience architecting automation solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of containerization platforms and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Familiarity with networking, system administration, virtualization, and microservices architecture. Excellent ability to document high-level and low-level architectural solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
