This role involves data modeling, dashboard architecture, performance optimization, and business stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports Translate business requirements into analytical solutions Perform data modeling and preparation for BI reporting Optimize Tableau performance and data extracts Implement security, governance, and access controls Integrate Tableau with multiple data sources Lead BI initiatives and mentor junior developers Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability Required Skills Technical Skills Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Online Advanced dashboard design and storytelling Data modeling (star/snowflake schemas) SQL (advanced queries, optimization) Tableau performance tuning Data sources: SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Alteryx preferred) Tableau security, governance, and permissions Integration with Python/R (optional) Soft Skills Strong business and data analysis skills Data storytelling and presentation Stakeholder communication Mentoring and leadership
